Different types of Roles and security

There are different types of roles in fusion, lets see what is a role and the types of roles used.

A Role can perform the transactions based on the privileges assigned to that role. There are 4 different types of role.

1. Abstract Role
2. Job Role
3. Data Role
4. Duty Role

Abstract Role:

This Role is commonly used to all the employees in an organization. For example, every employee(Like line manager, Manager, HR etc...) in Organization is an employee. This is the basic role every one has.

Job Role:
This Role defines the set of responsibilities that an employee should have

Data Role:
This Roles deals with Data. For example, an employee with this role can only see data of particular Department or Business unit or Legal employer etc...

Duty Role:
Duty Role is combination of Abstract role and Job role. An employee can have Abstract role without Job role but employee cannot have Job role without Abstract role
